La società di massa è fortemente antropocentrica e disprezza qualsiasi altra creatura che non sia l’essere umano, al fine di perseguire il proprio sviluppo. L’ecosistema naturale globale è invece fungocentrico. Il Fungus è l’interlocutore universale che regola ogni aspetto della vita: dialoga, nutre, scambia e decide. L’essere umano deve necessariamente entrare a far parte di questa comunicazione, per instaurare un rapporto simbiotico con la natura e dirigersi verso una società fungocentrica senza gerarchie. Questo è l’unico futuro possibile, poiché il Fungus regola i rapporti secondo una logica pragmatica, utilizzando un linguaggio universale il cui unico scopo è garantire la sopravvivenza dell’intero ecosistema.

Mass society is strongly anthropocentric, and despises any creature other than human beings in order to pursue its own development. The global natural ecosystem, on the other hand, is fungicentric. The Fungus is the universal interlocutor that regulates every aspect of life: it dialogues, nurtures, exchanges and decides. Human beings must necessarily become part of this communication, to establish a symbiotic relationship with nature and move towards a Fungicentric society without hierarchies. This is the only possible future, as the Fungus regulates relationships according to a pragmatic logic, using a universal language whose sole purpose is to ensure the survival of the entire ecosystem.

Hypha Studio è un laboratorio di ricerca sperimentale incentrato sullo studio della comunicazione bioelettrica fungina, pilastro della vita per l’intero ecosistema. Wood Wide Web è un progetto finalizzato a concretizzare gli studi effettuati negli ultimi anni, offrendo la possibilità di dialogare utilizzando il linguaggio della natura ed elevando le prospettive dell’essere umano.

Hypha Studio is an experimental research laboratory focused on the study of fungal bioelectric communication, the pillar of life for the entire ecosystem. Wood Wide Web is a project aimed at realising the studies carried out in recent years, offering the possibility of dialogue using the language of nature and elevating the perspectives of the human being.

Il Fungus sarà il nucleo connettivo e permetterà un collegamento con altre tre forme di vita, che rappresenteranno l’ecosistema: si occuperà di tradurre l’interazione di input umano in un linguaggio fatto di stimoli e impulsi, comprensibile alle altre forme di vita.
Questa esperienza sinestetica sarà quindi, per la prima volta, la chiave per un linguaggio universale.

The Fungus will be the connecting point and will allow a connection with three other life forms, which will represent the ecosystem: it will translate the interaction of human input into a language of stimuli and impulses, comprehensible to the other life forms.
This synaesthetic experience will therefore, for the first time, be the key to accessing a universal language.
